Sprouts
from the must extracted from the white Garnacha grapes, combined
with a higher content of sugar and the addition of an excellent
wine alcohol. The precise elaboration of CELLER MARIOL transmits
the remarkable personality that characterizes this wine liqueur
with the balance of pleasant sensations to the palate.
This
mellow wine is elaborated with the ripest white Garnatxa grapes
harvested by CELLER MARIOL. It has been aged in our wine cellar
in oak casks during a minimum period of four years, which provides
it with features difficult to obtain in this type of wines.
The
main ingredient in the production of this wine is a selection white
dry wine with a moderated degree of alcohol and low acidity. Another
important ingredient is to be found in the vegetable materials and
aromatic herbs thanks to which we obtain this excellent wine suitable
for all kind of aperitifs.
Celler Mariol's formula
is one of the must ancient in this kind of traditional Vermouths
and provides a very worthy value to our winery.
Made with a white wine basis and macerated with aromatic herbs from
Matarraña's massive.
CELLER
MARIOL elaborates this excellent wine liqueur (or sweet wine) with
the incomparable bouquet and taste of the MOSCATELL variety. Ideal
with deserts, aperitifs or simply to be delighted with a cold glass
of it.
Coming
from the must "flower" from best black garnacha from our
area, soaked during 12 hours at a controlled temperature of 22 / 24
ºC.
CELLER MARIOL once obtained this frail and delicated must, adds the
necessary alcohol to turn it into a liquor wine very adequate as an
aperitif or as a beverage to go with all kind of cakes.
